I have worked with David over the last 4+ years. I first met David as my personal coach when I relocated to India. I had to learn a lot about of workplace culture, and employer-employee expectations in India. After years of education and working in the West, I was glad I could talk to someone who understood the nuances of both the East and West and more importantly how to bridge them. I felt that it is equally important for my direct reports to also understand what the expectations are of their manager. I engaged David in personally coaching them to bring them up to the required mindset with the right frequency in dealing with expatriates and their subordinated. Those who went through the program found it very useful and in my own assessment there has been a dramatic shift in how they manage their own teams. We have also worked with David in getting new employees, mainly those who joined us right after earning their degrees, go through a preparation program. I have worked with several trainers and coaches over the years and I think David is uniquely placed to bridge cultures and bring the best coaching, mentoring and training experiences.

Dear Sir,Generally I was a person with less self-confidence. I used to be always anxious and afraid of future. When I was attending your programme, which you conducted for students, "I can do it" CD attracted me. I started hearing it continuously. It did make some changes in my basic consciousness. Hence I was eagerly waiting for the faculty development programme.Since I was hearing I CAN DO IT CD daily,it slowly instilled in me positive approach. Fear and anxiousness started fading away. The ME Time that you taught in your programme is what is helping me in carrying the consciousness forever. Whatever may be my schedule, I do not miss to spend that 10 Minutes - immediately after I get up from my bed. The book - " The monk who sold his Ferrari " which you recommended re - emphasised the same learning’s. There were tough moments in my life, this year. I would not have handled them better,if I had not attended your programme. Chandrika instructed me to get the book “Heal your life” which gave a tremendous relief in my health grounds. I had already explained you how it helped to get rid of Migraine. My haemoglobin content also has shot up.To change your life, First step is to increase your standards. You stood on the chair to explain this. I will never forget that for my life. Your power communication with such examples had helped me to carry on with your lessons. Beyond everything, I can feel the passion you have in personal development of people you train.Every morning, When I see myself in the mirror , I do not miss to say " I love you" ... I am able to feel the amount of increase in self-love, I am experiencing . I have unconsciously started taking care of myself.Affirmations are making miracles in my life. I have got so many things happening in my personal life, purely because of Affirmations. I know,if I affirm something, I will get it within 2 weeks.Above all, I have become a confident Mother ... I am not shouting at my kids as much as I was doing before. I have also become a lovable wife. My husband keeps saying “You have changed “.I have received appreciation from wherever I have worked, but growth in my career was limited. This one year of Mental Exercise had tuned my inner consciousness to feel that I am a successful person. I am sure that I am in right track to attain success that I am looking for.Thank you so much for everything..... Looking forward for the next phase of training programme.

P/S:Once I shared with you that I am afraid of people and my bosses might slap me if I argue with them. Recently, 1 month ago, I was just going through “heal your life “book and Louis L.Hay also has experienced the same kind of feeling when she was learning dance at the age of 76. I was so shocked to read that but enforced confidence in me that I can also come out of such a mental block.Dear Sir,It doesn’t sound right for me to call this as a feedback, because the preaching’s which you have imparted on to me is an art for which words in feedback cannot prove the significance than the person itself. I feel really unlucky to miss your second session of the class due to few issues raised by my classmates. But still I am satisfied with the messages you have conveyed to me throughout your program.Presently in my room I have filled the walls with charts carrying your preaching’s on DMP, Balance of Life, Human Performance, Criteria’s to succeed, Assertiveness, Dreams, Role models, BAR principle, 3 Golden words, ME time, FORM – movement with public, FEAR, LUCK etc…..Am pretty sure sir that these charts are going to accompany me all over my life. I have even shared your principles to some of my friends and relatives who were seeing me as a great GURU hearing my messages from your spells. Sorry for taking ownership with your lessons sir but I do feel that these kinds of messages should not shop with me alone and should even be carried to the hands of many people like myself who have greater responsibilities in this birth. Still am working with affirmations but I cannot do it in a regular basis as something is stopping me, I cannot understand what actually is stopping me. But your affirmations always help me in negative situations and I easily come out of them. One more good news is I am placed through campus in TOMMY HILFIGER brand. I have been taken as a CRO and I like to discuss on my feelings over my job environment and some negative energies inside me which I feel difficult to identify. I hope we will get a chance to meet once again. One more kind request to you sir, if u conduct any more classes here in Chennai please let me know so that I can attend your second session.

Dear Mr. Nair,Calling you so sounds so formal but I do have and want an informal relationship with you and Chandrika maam. As she is in on FacebookI used to get all feedback at the same time and I always waited for her to give me a feedback of the work I upload on Facebook.Let me also update you on how things changed post boot camp, how we came to the classes with so much of doubts and blankness and absolutely no idea what the next day has in store for us.Today I have found a balance between my personal, professional, spiritual and social life.Personally I have been working on enhancing it by having a lot of introspection time. I have developed new fancy for cooking, grooming and also for photography. I watch a lot of movies. I am so much in peace.Spiritually I have built a wonderful relationship with god and findings answer myself and have stopped depending on anyone for my happiness. I’m feeling so blessed.Professionally, the wisest decision i have taken in my life is to have joined Pearl to be trained under such wonderful mentors who have helped us develop personally and professionally. The abundant openings for projects and jobs.It took a lot of patience to get the biggest break in career. The internship with Levi’sIndiaPvt ltd where we learnt we are no less than men. We showed dedication and passion for work.Socially, what I considered taboo in my earlier life became my life today?AS long as I have my morals and values in place I took one step forward started meeting new people, partying, dancing like no one’s watching, salsa, jiving, long trips, networking.I was a person who would feel awkward in a pub where loud music was played.TodayI am able to comfortably gel with that network and today it has fetched me a job.I also got an opportunityto be associated with pantaloons India Pvt.That is where I also understood how different organisations work differently.Campus interviews were another place Iwas waiting for that right thing.I attended my first interview with Witco where I was selected and offered a ladies accessories category to be a merchandiser for. I knew what I was worth and put across confidently that I am specialised in apparels and need to be working in that. AndI swear if it was for the Minu who had walked in on the first day of the boot camp would have been working under them today in a job I had no passion for. Then Tommy HilfigerI attended and got placed and so did I get an offer from Fabindia without attending the interview.AS a part of my socialising and new friends circle I got introduced to the store manager of Esprit in Chennai who referred my name to the regional manager and in a casual interview with him fetched me this job.I’m so happy to be associated with an international brand brought to India by Madura garments.Today I work in Bangalore with a nice package inGaruda mall with perfect work timings and atmosphere.I have been reading at least one book a month, watchingmovies, and doing social activities by using one tenth of my salary every month for the education of students as I myself did the course on a scholarship."I can do it" has always been a companion. I have the book, cd and also on my phone. The voice soothes all my wounds and the simple things have so much of power in your life. I did get daily affirmation another book from U.S through a relative.I am an active user of the social networking sites and I have internet activated on my phone too so that I make sure Idon’t miss out any activities.Though one difficulty I faced in the last one year is that as I practise affirmations and have so much of my time I have developed a strong sub conscious mind that I really have no doubts on things will work or not. IfI know something is going to work it does and vice versa. I attract so much of happiness and love and I get them in return. But if I go out of track and I slightly negative at any point that too burdens and doubles to depressive levels. That makes stress management a problem. I usually fight it and get back trying consciously to be happy and avoid negativity. I really don’t like the negative impact of this. I hope the way i tackle it is the actual way of tackling it.I constantly update my short term and long term goals and visualize what i want in future.Power of visualisation has been the magical keyword and I swear I see myself walking in through my office as a buyer for Esprit in India and I will. IfIdon’t achieve it you can take this mail against me.Thanks again and I would be more than happy to have more of such interactions for betterment.

Hai All,Hmmm ? Where do I start???There is a saying “1st impression is the best”- That’s what I felt when I 1st saw Mr. Nair with a white shirt and a black blazer. WOW!!! That’s the 1st word that came out of my mouth. Followed him was a beautiful lady with her straightened hair and with a beautiful eye which always attracts for more love and affection. I admired the way she dressed! I told to myself “one day I will be like her”.When the sessions started I was raw clay, Mr. Nair and Ms Chandrika moulded to into a beautiful doll with lot of passion, courage, confidence, dedication, knowledge, wisdom, vision and a mission. I use to be the most confused person in life. Didn’t know what to do? How to do and where to start? I wanted to achieve something but was clue-less.I started analysing myself who am’ I, what was I doing? , what are my challenges? What is my strength? - Interrogation of one self is a must, which helped me get answers to many questions that rose. I started answering to the questions one by one which slowly started reducing my questions and I started becoming more focused person in life!Affirmation- a positive statement. It’s just a small presentence phrase which starts with I’m, which made a whole lot of difference in my life! It’s not a joke its true it happened in my life with my granny, for she is alive still (touch wood) is because of an affirmation statement” I’m hale and health” If this small phrase can keep a 84year old lady going why not for me!! I strictly believe in an affirmation. It keeps me going each time when I have a fall!To Love and to be Loved- Love is a beautiful feeling, everyone wishes to have in their life in all forms. I did not know that I had love right next to me but was hunting for it outside. Love is not to be hunted, but just believe in you and love yourself more! There is nothing like loving yourself, get up in the morning see the mirror and say I LOVE YOU!!! Your day will be so bright and you will have energy and enthusiasm to work more and better. It worked for me!!Organized- To be organized is what I’m specialized at. I always organize my things. I work really hard on this. This was one of the in-built qualities I had which helped be develop more skills. In my 1st job my bossed called me and told he was impressed the way I organize my daily work?. My day was done! What else can you expect?? A word of appreciation for the hard work you put in.Hmmm? there are so many more to tell about what IXL Incorporated has done to me and my life. The above mentioned are very few things (Like a drop of tear in a huge ocean) for whatever I’m today! I work as Merchandiser in a buying office handling 5 Australian brands (it’s not an easy task) is because of IXL Incorporated. I’m always thankful to IXL Incorporated (Mr. Nair and Ms Chandrika) for their support, love, affection, advice, for mentoring me and guiding me whenever I needed. Thank you!
